The car must be returned clean. If, for any reason, you are unable to wash the car before returning it, a fee of 350 Baht will be deducted from the deposit.

- If the vehicle is returned late without prior notice, the rental fee will be increased by one day.

- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Using the vehicle for unintended purposes (e.g., as a taxi).
The deposit will not be refunded for any of these violations.

If the booking is canceled 7 days before the rental start date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

If the vehicle breaks down during the rental period and you are within Pattaya, we will collect the car and provide a replacement vehicle (subject to availability). If no replacement is available, a refund will be calculated.
If you are far from Pattaya, you must arrange for the car to be taken to a service center at your own expense and pay for the repair. Upon returning the vehicle, we will fully reimburse the repair costs. Repair receipts from the service center are mandatory.
